The Eames Institute of Infinite Curiosity is undertaking a visionary cultural endeavor with the purchase of the 88.5-acre former Birkenstock campus in Novato, California. The vision plan will retrofit the mid-century campus as a global design hub to the professional legacy of Ray and Charles Eames. The campus features a dramatic warehouse and office complex, originally designed by renowned architect John Savage Bolles and distinguished by its saw-toothed roofline.

The new lot will be the home of the endless hearthstone of the Eames Collection — further than 40,000 particulars ranging from prototypes and particular cairn to cabinetwork and design outfit.
