Background:
European furniture and lighting brand Eichholtz has officially opened its flagship store at South Coast Collection (SoCo), a premier 292,000-square-foot home furnishings and design center in Costa Mesa, California. The store is led by California-based furniture veteran Michael Webster, who spearheaded the 8,423-square-foot lease with Continental Realty Corporation (CRC). Eichholtz becomes part of a premium group of stores at SoCo, alongside Calligaris, Design Within Reach, King Living, Rejuvenation, and Roche Bobois.
Eichholtz Orange County offers a variety of European-style furniture and home décor for bedrooms, living rooms, offices, and more.
Webster said the goal is to offer a unique shopping experience with distinctive furniture and lighting for both designers and homeowners. He added that many products will be available for immediate delivery, with a portion of upholstery work completed domestically in North Carolina to speed fulfillment.
The SoCo location follows Eichholtz’s West Hollywood showroom on Robertson Boulevard and will be joined by future showrooms in Pasadena, Scottsdale, and Palm Desert. Founding Creative Director Ryan Saghian emphasized that SoCo’s relaxed, design-forward atmosphere allows clients to explore and elevate their homes in a thoughtful, personalized way.
Kristina O’Keefe, VP of CRC’s Commercial Division, said Eichholtz adds variety to SoCo’s mix of stores, fits well with other premium brands, and strengthens the center as a top destination for design lovers. With more than 340,000 vehicles passing by daily and nearly 1.7 million people living within 10 miles, the store is set to attract a high-end clientele.
Eichholtz West at SoCo further establishes the center as a hub for luxury home design and brings European-style furniture and décor to Orange County.
